Executive Director Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of operations experience in Assisted Living / Independent Living
- Experience in leadership, budgeting, staff management, and regulatory compliance
- Strong strategic planning, financial management, human resources, and communication
- Bachelor's Degree
- Possess empathy, patience, and the ability to build strong relationships
- A commitment to providing high-quality care and services to residents while prioritizing their well-being and satisfaction
- Stable tenure in previous roles
