A company is looking for a Supervisor, People Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team to provide HR customer service and manage employee inquiries
Participate in special projects focused on operational efficiencies and improvements
Serve as a point of contact for employee escalations and resolve issues through root cause analysis
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or a Graduate Degree with 0-2 years of experience, or 6 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree
Two or more years of HR or administrative experience with a focus on data integrity and employee experience
