Job description

A company is looking for a Customer Care Associate.

Key Responsibilities

Handle non-technical customer inquiries and service issues while adhering to established guidelines

Review processes to identify improvements for customer service operations and meet support metrics

Collaborate with various internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure comprehensive documentation

Required Qualifications

High school diploma / GED or equivalent preferred

1-2 years of related experience in customer service

Experience in a call center or similar customer service role

Familiarity with Microsoft-based programs
