Role Description

Havencrest is seeking an exceptional professional to join the firm as a full time private equity Analyst ( near-term start date ), working with deal team members and portfolio company executives.

Part of a lean team of investment professionals, the Analyst will be an important member of the team and will be involved in all aspects of the investment process including :

• Conducting insightful research on healthcare companies, trends, and sub sectors.
• Financial modeling and analysis.
• Drafting critical presentation materials, such as sector research, investment committee summaries, memorandums and marketing materials.
• Conducting technical and business due diligence.
• Facilitating and synthesizing third-party due diligence.
• Ongoing strategic initiatives and support of portfolio companies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field from a top tier university.
• Strong GPA and test scores.
• Internship or post-graduate experience working in investment banking, management consulting or financial services.
• Excellent Excel modeling skills, analytical and financial acumen.
• Resourcefulness and thoroughness in conducting financial analytics.
• Strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Candidate will be asked to take a cognitive test and modeling exercise.
• Position is in-office and based in Dallas, Texas.
