Job Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling and coordination for onsite and virtual interviews.
- Draft and send offer letters, initiate background checks, and track progress.
- Act as a liaison between recruiters, HR business partners, and candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and pipelines in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Communicate proactively with candidates via email, phone, and text.
Job Skills / Requirements
1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources preferred.Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a team.Additional Information
Hybrid schedule : 1-2 days per month onsite in Framingham, MA.Must have reliable internet / WiFi connection.Flexibility to work weekends or outside core business hours during peak periods.Expected to manage 100+ candidates weekly during busy hiring seasons.Pay Range
