ABOUT THE ROLE :

The Project Manager, EHB supports the Regional Director of EHB Partnerships / Contracting with both regional / national projects.

In this role the Project Manager will lead projects across the EHB business line working with department leads and others to guarantee a successful on time outcome.

These projects are crucial to creating better alignment, efficiencies and essential tool deployment.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :

• BenefitPoint Knowledge Required to assist with the following duties :
• BP Reporting and Customization
• Expired No Action Reports
• Creation / Management of Commission Splits
• Backup for the following tasks :
• BenefitPoint Error Log
• Conversion Process
• BenefitPoint Monthly Adjustments
• ImageRight Knowledge Preferred to assist with the following duties :
• User Access Request Forms for System Access for Outsourcing colleagues
• Creating Process and Procedure for Resource Pro
• Commission Audits and Reports
• Acquisition Onboarding
• MMA Colleague Portal Updates, EHB
• Generate reports for data clean-up, quality control, data health check and data metrics
• Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
• Supports operational reporting changes / needs for field.
• Compile, organize and assess operational data.
• All others duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Three years of relevant work experience preferred
• Must have excellent analytical skills, as well as superior word processing, spreadsheet and database skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Smartsheet Proficiency
• Strong oral and written communication skills are required
• Strong organizational skills
• Must have planning, organizational, problem-solving, time management and decision-making abilities.
• Must be self-directed, accurate and detail oriented
• Insurance operations experience preferred
