Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of Workday experience, specifically in HCM and Security
- Proven ability to configure Workday, perform end-to-end testing, and support post-implementation activities
- Experience with enhancing existing business processes in Workday
- Strong understanding of Workday security frameworks and role-based access

Configure and maintain Workday modules, ensuring changes do not disrupt current processesParticipate in testing, documentation, and stakeholder communicationCollaborate with HRIS analysts and specialists as well as two sub-teams :Tier 1 Support Team : Handles first-level ticketsProjects & Initiatives Team : Drives system enhancements and strategic initiativesInteract with both teams as needed to resolve issues and implement improvementsExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Compensation : $110,000 - $115,000
