Location : Austin , TX / Southlake , TX (Hybrid) 3 days Onsite 2 days Remote

Job Description :
- Must be a Certified Scrum Master with 7+ years Scrum Master Experience
- Must have Hands-on Kanban experience
- Execute on Scrum Master responsibilities that include organizing and facilitating meetings ( daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos etc.)
- Interface with product owner and key stakeholders (Project Management, Business, QA etc.) to ensure high quality delivery of software projects on time and budget
- Influence team members to leverage, follow and support agile software development practices
- Track internal and external Project dependencies , identify gaps / risks early and establish mitigation plans
- Track and communicate team velocity, sprint / release progress and maintain process documentation
- Provide accurate and succinct updates and escalations (with business impacts)
- Experience using Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and maintaining Scrum Boards including feature break down to Epics, User Stories, Tasks and Subtasks
- Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values , procedures, and software development life cycle
- Must be an excellent team player with the ability to influence and negotiate
- Experience working with agile methodology on large scale, technically complex projects
- Highly adaptable to changing environment
- Must have exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to coach teams to reach their highest potential
- Must be self-motivated, as well as, creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems.
- Must be collaborative in driving decisions and able to deal with multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to hold team members accountable, set clear sprint performance standards, resolve sprint performance issues, keep team engaged and on task.
- Experience working in the financial industry and aware of basic financial concepts
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, written and verbal
- Self-starter, organized, ability to work on multiple projects and handle multiple scrum teams"
