400 bed hospital part of regional health system.
Hospital is expanding clinical pharmacy programs. All staff performs staffing and clinical duties.
Position : Clinical Pharmacist
Location : Columbus, OH
Software : EPIC
Duties :
- Audited sterile and non-sterile compounding procedures and designed enhanced safety protocols for approval.
- Investigated monthly adverse drug event reports to triage department errors.
- Prepared and presented formulary proposals for Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee.
- Participated in rounds with emergency department clinical pharmacists and assisted with order preparation and patient follow up.
Schedule : Variable days / afternoons (8 hour shifts)
Requirements : OH licensed,good attitude and people skills
Education : BS in Pharmacy or PharmD. Residency is a plus!
Compensation : starts at $70.00 / hr.
