Key Responsibilities
Define and execute a global inbound and outbound Sales Development strategy
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing SDR organization across multiple geographies
Partner with various teams to ensure seamless orchestration between marketing campaigns and sales follow-up
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience scaling global SDR organizations in a fast growth Enterprise SaaS environment
7+ years of sales development management experience or similar management experience
Highly collaborative with a deep sense of ownership and accountability
Executive presence and engagement skills
Analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for business decisions
