Community Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Community Manager to join our team and oversee operations. The ideal candidate will focus on recertifications and move-ins while delivering exceptional service to residents and maintaining compliance with community standards. Key responsibilities include conducting and managing residential recertifications in accordance with established policies and procedures, facilitating tenant move-ins, ensuring all required documentation and processes are completed accurately and efficiently, maintaining thorough and organized records of resident documentation, providing a welcoming and professional experience for all residents and guests at the property, collaborating closely with the Reporting Manager to address community needs and implement solutions, and performing other duties as needed to support the successful operation of the community.
Work Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day.
Physical Requirements : This role includes desk-based computer tasks performed consistently. The position involves frequent sitting and occasional activities such as standing, walking, reaching above shoulders, and using a telephone. Additionally, physical tasks may include filing paperwork, light grasping or fine manipulation, and occasionally lifting / carrying / pushing / pulling objects weighing up to 15 pounds. Rarely, activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, or crawling may be required. The role does not have any bilingual requirements and does not necessitate additional qualifications.
