Overview and Responsibilities
The T&E Analyst - Card Admin will work closely with the Card Admin team and is responsible for daily administration, auditing, reconciliation and management for the Paramount Global Corporate Credit Card, BTA and P-Card. This role helps to manage the Global Corporate Card program, including opening and closing cards, setting and monitoring credit limits with the Bank, using bank-provided administrator systems / tools, ensuring timely payment of statements, minimizing delinquencies, resolving cardholder issues, reporting program issues to management, and reconciling the global expense-management system (Concur) with bank statements and company financial records (SAP & Oracle). The position also assists with Concur inquiries, system questions, card audits, and coordination with the Global Process Owner on process issues, policies and future system implementations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Work with Card managers to craft and apply analytical solutions to support business performance and decision making
- Assist with daily administration and management of global card programs : daily card administration with cardholders and liaising with the Bank; handling cardholder information; monitoring and auditing the program; performing monthly reconciliation of credit card statements paid to transaction detail in Concur
- Card management : opening / closing cards, increasing credit limits, and liaising with the Bank on questions including fraud issues, suspensions, and blocks
- Monthly corporate card statement management (download, payment monitoring, preparation of monthly payment requests)
- Improve processes through automation and standardization
- Monthly reconciliation of payments against submitted expenses
- Monitoring and reconciliation of relevant accounting information in SAP
Basic Qualifications
Excel skills3+ years' experience in a similar role3+ years in a multinational Global Shared Services Center environmentPrior knowledge of SAP and / or other ERP systemsExperience with corporate card programs / travel and expense systems / processesDemonstration of basic Accounting / Finance knowledge (e.g. account reconciliation, debits / credits)Past experience in Card Program Administration, System Administration, or Customer Service Support rolesExperience with z-options and GRAM is highly desirableAdditional Qualifications
