1 Position : Digital Marketing Manager Location : Columbus, OH (Remote) Brand : Corporate Segment : Operations Job Summary : The OTC Industrial Technologies corporate marketing team is searching for a Digital Marketing Manager who has experience in supporting multiple marketing channels and managing agencies.

The individual in this role will be a key component in supporting the OTC marketing strategy, divisional marketing tactics and management of all digital marketing agencies.

Additionally, this role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices for cross functional support and sales team engagement.

The ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders to provide strategic insight and marketing management is required.

Facilitation and development of campaign strategy through marketing activation plays a critical role in the position. Attention to detail and documentation is a must.

Management of the digital marketing team is required to ensure that team members are actively involved in marketing execution and understanding of marketing strategy impact to the business.

Principal Accountabilities : Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns with strategic insights applied. Ability to strategically apply marketing best practices to achieve OTC division marketing & sales goals.

Responsible for managing digital marketing channels & strategy. Manages all digital marketing 3rd party agency relationships.

Digital marketing platform owner for Hubspot, Social Media Accounts, Google Accounts. Manages digital marketing team and their execution support for the organization.

Provides detail reporting through Google Analytics and Hubspot with support from digital agencies. Partners with internal and external cross functional teams to plan and develop marketing messaging and content.

Manages the digital marketing approval processes to ensure they adhere to the guidelines set within corporate marketing.

Must have a foundational background with SEO, SEM, Email, Social Media, Paid Ads and other digital marketing channels. Education & Experience : Bachelor's degree in marketing related field.

5 years' experience in a digital marketing role. Experience in managing multiple marketing campaigns and projects. Demonstrated ability to manage 3rd party agencies.

Experience in Hubspot preferred, other platforms accepted Strong communication skills, specifically when developing marketing strategies and working with cross functional stakeholders.

Can effectively strategize a marketing campaign based on organizational goals and initiatives to provide expected KPI results.

Experience in leading 2-3 direct reports. Has a strong work ethic with a proven track record of executing tasks on time.
