RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Summer Camp Cook in purchasing, receiving, preparing, and serving all meals for the 3-week-long (M-F) sessions of summer camp, in June and July, at the Phoebe Hall Knipling Outdoor Lab’s Summer Camp located in Broad Run (Fauquier County), VA
Assist in maintaining a clean kitchen that meets health department standards.
Other duties as assigned by Camp Cook or Camp Director
EXPERIENCE :
Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds
QUALIFICATIONS :
Ability to take direction from the Head Cook and Camp Director
Ability to work efficiently, be courteous to staff and campers
Be reliable and punctual
Certification in safe commercial kitchen food handling practices
