Help with the success and profitability of your Restaurant by : o Following Menu Builds and Prep Recipes and paying attention to order modifications to minimize waste.
o Keeping the Restaurant safe :
Handle, store and rotate all products to standard.
Clean dishes, cooking utensils and cookware to standard.
Work safe and follow all Big Chicken Safety and Food Safety
regulations and standards.
Take pride in your Restaurant by :
o Maintaining clean and sanitary work stations including Refrigerators, Freezers and Dry Storage areas.
o Following tasks outlined on Open / Close Checklists and completing them in a timely manner.
o Stocking Stations according to the PAR Charts.
