Base Salary : 35,000.00 per year
We’re seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Experience Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. You will assist with inquiries, resolve issues quickly and professionally, and ensure every customer feels valued. You’ll communicate via phone, email, or chat, document interactions, and collaborate with other teams to improve service. Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills are a must.

Respond to customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally

Provide product information and guidance
Keep accurate records of customer interactions
Work with internal teams to enhance the customer experience
