Position Overview
As a Coordinator at Chick-fil-A Georgetown, you are responsible for helping lead the team and ensuring each shift operates with excellence. You will set the tone for the team, support Team Members, coach performance, and help create an exceptional experience for every guest.

What You'll Do
- Lead and support the team throughout the shift.
- Set the tone for a positive, energetic, and encouraging work environment.
- Ensure guests receive friendly, attentive, and courteous service.
- Monitor speed, accuracy, hospitality, cleanliness, and overall operational execution.
- Position Team Members effectively based on business needs.
- Communicate shift priorities and expectations clearly.
- Coach Team Members in the moment and provide meaningful feedback.
- Recognize Team Members when they are doing things well.
- Hold Team Members accountable to Chick-fil-A standards and expectations.
- Assist with resolving guest concerns and service issues.
- Monitor product quality, food safety, and restaurant cleanliness.
- Ensure proper breaks, transitions, and shift responsibilities are completed.
- Communicate important information to the next leader or shift.
- Help identify operational issues and take ownership of finding solutions.
- Complete required shift paperwork, checklists, and leadership responsibilities.
- Step into any position when needed to support the team.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
