Technical Program Manager

Managing large-scale AI programs, the full-time remote Technical Program Manager (GenAI) will oversee the delivery of enterprise-grade Generative AI initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring project success from inception to production deployment. Key responsibilities Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex AI programs, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and autonomous analytical agents Facilitate collaboration among Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and Product Managers while maintaining effective communication with client stakeholders Identify and oversee risks, dependencies, and technical challenges to ensure successful project outcomes Required qualifications 10+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager with a proven track record in delivering large-scale enterprise software systems Demonstrated experience in building, scaling, or deploying Generative AI technologies, particularly RAG Systems and Agentic AI Frameworks Ability to translate complex technical information into business-focused communication for senior leadership and clients Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions across teams and leadership levels Experience managing large-scale programs involving globally distributed teams is preferred
