Job description
Owning the execution of multiple company-critical programs, the full-time Technical Program Manager will work remotely to manage cross-team dependencies, drive clarity, and ensure timely delivery aligned with company priorities. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of cross-team programs, aligning work with product strategy Drive dependency management and scope alignment between Engineering and Product teams Communicate program health and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders and leadership Required qualifications 5+ years of experience leading complex technical or cross-functional programs Experience in fast-growing startups or rapidly evolving organizations Strong background in working directly with Engineering teams on delivery Proven track record of shipping large initiatives involving multiple teams Ability to navigate technical discussions and surface risks early
