Accounts Payable Supervisor

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor the Accounts Payable team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments

Oversee the full-cycle AP process, including invoice matching, approvals, and payment runs

Maintain positive vendor relationships and ensure compliance with tax reporting requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required

Minimum of 5 years of accounts payable experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, or similar)

Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus
