DSJ Global is currently partnered with a Global Aerospace Component Manufacturer out of the Tallahassee, FL area. They are looking to bring on a new Manufacturing Engineer.
Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities :
- Formulate efficient manufacturing process plans in collaboration with manufacturing and quality teams, outlining the sequence, techniques, equipment, tooling, and specifications essential for product fabrication.
- Design, develop, document, analyze, write, and test CNC programs to manufacture high-quality parts within the specified schedule and at minimum cost.
- Develop repair plans for customer returns (RMRs) and MRB products.
- Prepare cost estimates for products, tooling, equipment, and processes to enhance pricing and production efficiency.
- Investigate and analyze tools, processes, and equipment to reduce manufacturing costs.
- Analyze and interpret customer blueprints' data to determine optimal approaches for manufacturing and inspection.
Manufacturing Engineer Preferred Skills :
- Ability to read blueprints, sketches, drawings, configurations, and other documents to fulfill customer requirements.
- Professional interaction with both external and internal customers.
- Advanced mathematical knowledge relevant to job requirements.
Required Skills :
- Education : 4 Year Engineering Degree Required
- 1-5 years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering Environment
- CNC Machining knowledge
