Responsibilities

 Presenting treatment plans and financial options to patients.

 Coordinating appointments and ensuring schedule efficiency.

 Communicating clearly with patients about procedures, insurance, and payment

options.

 Supporting the front office team with patient check-in / check-out and phone calls.

 Helping patients feel welcome, informed, and cared for at every visit.

Compensation & Benefits

 Pay range : $22 – $30 per hour, based on experience.
