SpeedPro Omaha is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Assistant.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a key client's signage projects from start to finish. You will work closely with the client, out-of-state installers, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of all projects.
Additionally, you will assist in the general administrative tasks of the project management department.
Responsibilities :
- Price signage projects for a key client based on their needs and requirements
- Source out-of-state installers for signage projects as needed
- Coordinate manufacturing with installers and the client to ensure timely delivery and installation of signage
- Assist in the project management function through construction plan reviews
- Perform data entry into subsystems to track project progress and status updates
- Organize signs in preparation for installation
- Communicate regularly with the client, installers, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth project management
- Support submittal / shop drawings
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in account management or project management is a plus
- Experience in the signage industry is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
