JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an HR Employee Relations Specialist to pioneer our approach in managing external trends and strategic company changes while ensuring a healthy and engaging work environment. The role includes executing on strategic changes, directly managing workplace conflicts, and providing consultation for performance concerns, leveraging a deep understanding of organizational health. The candidate will collaborate across teams, supporting the workforce, and driving projects to foster a proactive and inclusive workplace culture.
