Receptionist Front Desk Position in Dental Office.
Job Details :
- Willing to train.
- Must be patient-oriented, friendly, and personable.
- Must show proficient skills in customer service.
- Able to Speak Chinese PREFERRED (Mandarin, Cantonese).
- Hardworking, proficient in typing, proficient in the use of the internet.
- The position involves greeting patients, making appointments, answering phones, collecting payments, discussing treatment with patients and doctors, understanding insurance and date entry.
