Private Equity Associate
H&P is mandated on a role with a middle market private equity firm looking to hire an Associate / Senior Associate for their office in New York.
They focus on the Real Estate sector and are looking for someone with relevant acquisition experience in that space.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive financial and market research across the respective sectors
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and perform financial modelling and analysis.
- Work closely with senior team members in deal sourcing, negotiation, and execution of transactions.
- Monitor and support the performance of portfolio companies, implementing value creation strategies.
- Engage in market analysis, industry trends, and competitive intelligence to identify emerging opportunities.
The role :
- Pre-MBA Associate.
- 2+ years of investment banking experience.
- 1-2 years of private equity experience.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience with Real Estate Acquisitions
