OVERVIEW :
A General Manager is, in short, tasked with supporting the overall operation of his or her pub. A business is a living, organic entity so the job is constantly changing as the needs of the business change. An assistant general manager needs to be organized, diligent and flexible to successfully negotiate the day-to-day operations of our living, organic brewpubs. Their actions, words and thoughts color the experiences of our guests and set the example for the entire staff.
