The Experience Design Systems team is seeking a talented product designer to contribute to the expansion and refinement of their design systems.
As part of this role, you'll be involved in researching, developing components, promoting design system adoption, ensuring accessibility, and ensuring scalability across different products and platforms.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Collaborate closely with product designers, engineers, content designers, and accessibility experts to enrich and extend the company's design systems.
- Tackle intricate design challenges to create solutions that are intuitive and scalable across various products and platforms.
- Lead design investigations for assigned tasks, identifying issues, brainstorming ideas, conducting tests, and integrating solutions to enhance the overall user experience.
- Play a part in enhancing and expanding design systems, either independently or by partnering with other designers and teams.
- Cultivate strong relationships with team members, leaders, and cross-functional partners to foster collaboration and drive innovation in projects.
- Contribute to the implementation of design systems across web, mobile web, native apps (iOS and Android), and emerging technology platforms, potentially engaging in user design research.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design systems to encourage innovation and improve design efficiency and user experience.
- Advocate for best practices in design systems, emphasizing accessibility, scalability, and performance.
