Credit Coordinator
Position Purpose : The Credit Coordinator position will be part of a team responsible for completing tasks and processes that support Trade Credit Services. These associates will be involved in collection of Accounts Receivable, customer service, maintaining customer data, system administration, and other tasks that support the Trade Credit Services team and our pro customers
Key Responsibilities :
- 50% - Customer Service : Performing customer service and responding to requests received from external and internal pro trade credit customers. This will include answering inbound phone calls, monitoring group email boxes, completing cases / tickets, moderating message chats, and other channels dedicated to Trade Credit customer service and support. Tasks may include answering trade credit questions, processing payments, disputes resolution, addressing credit holds, updating customer data, systems maintenance, providing billing information, completing lien waivers, and other requests related to Trade Credit Services.
- 30% - Payment Processing : Process related tasks associated with business functions and systems owned by the Trade Credit Services teams. This may include making outbound calls to collect payments from pro trade credit customers, processing credit applications, approving credit lines, compiling / analyzing / cleaning credit data, completing lien waivers, customer data management, system administration, and other processes designed to support Pro Trade Credit Services.
- 20% - Project Management : Provide support & feedback for Pro Trade Credit special projects, process design, process improvement, troubleshooting system issues, system testing, training, data preparation, and analysis. Other ad hoc requests, as needed.

Physical Requirements : Frequent periods are spent standing or sitting in the same location with some opportunity to move about; occasionally there may be a need to stoop or lift light objects (typically less than 8 pounds).
Working Conditions : Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
