A day in the life. As our Senior Human Resources Coordinator on the Human Resources team, you'll be responsible for providing support to the MMA MN and WI HR team. This role is a key contributor and owner in areas of HR record keeping and system maintenance, employee experience focused on an exceptional onboarding and seamless offboarding, and HR projects. Your resourcefulness, organization, and dedication will ensure every colleague feels valued and supported throughout their journey with us. This role is a culture champion and supports colleague engagement days and activities for our offices.

Our future colleague. We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one-year experience working within a fast paced, service oriented team environment.
• Must have a high attention to detail and be self-motivated to deliver high quality work while maintaining confidentiality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Success in this position requires an individual that is a self-starter with a "can do, will do" attitude.
• Problem solver with good time management and organizational skills, and the ability to meet competing demands.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $38,200 to $66,800.
