What You’ll Do :

• Visit dealerships regularly to assess and improve service operations
• Instruct and train dealer technicians in proper diagnostic and repair procedures
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver industry-leading customer service
• Perform detailed incident investigations and prepare reports
• Evaluate buyback vehicles and manage related documentation
• Serve as a technical SME during warranty reviews and in legal / BBB cases
• Analyze dealership service department operations and recommend improvements
• Promote certification, continuous learning, and best practice sharing
• Review and approve / deny warranty / goodwill claims
• Travel within region (day and overnight)
