Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Kinema Fitness Inc. The General Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the luxury corporate gym in Chicago.
They will oversee a team of personal trainers, group fitness instructors, and support staff. The General Manager will also collaborate with the corporate clients to ensure the delivery of high-quality wellness programs and services.

- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
- Educational background in a fitness-related field
- Passion for fitness and wellness
- Experience in corporate fitness center management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of fitness center operations and industry trends
- Ability to develop and implement innovative wellness programs
- Proven track record in delivering results and driving performance
- Experience with virtual wellness platforms is a plus
- Understanding of commercial real estate market is beneficial
- Personal training certification
- CPR / AED Certified
