Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and lead the strategic planning for the HR Technology CCI portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (CPOs and HR leadership) to define portfolio priorities and ensure alignment with business strategies and objectives.
- Contribute to the overall HRTS strategic portfolio roadmap
- Work with Application Management and Innovation and advisory as appropriate to solve new initiatives for the business
- Drive optimization initiatives within the portfolio, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices for increased efficiency.
- Coordinate resource allocation and planning efforts for HR Technology projects, optimizing the utilization of resources for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure ongoing communication around performance measurement and reporting, providing regular updates on key portfolio metrics and progress to key stakeholders
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Solution Architects and Application Management, to ensure seamless integration of projects within the HR Technology portfolio.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 8 year’s experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 6 years of experience;
a Ph.D. and 3 years of experience in a related field; or 12 years of experience in a related field
- Proven experience in a strategic or portfolio management role.
- Builds strong relationships and can effectively communicate with executive leadership
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Demonstrated ability to assess and manage risks in portfolio management activities
Preferred qualifications :
- Five years of HR-related experience
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Experience in resource allocation and planning for complex projects
- Knowledge of HR Technology trends and best practices
