Asset Management Technician
JD :
- Strong in Communication skills and interpersonal skills with experience in IT Hardware & Software Asset Management services
- Experience in managing Asset's in ServiceNow module and aware of different stages in asset management lifecycle
- Developing Asset Management process and workflows. Define and maintain lifecycle support using tools such as ServiceNow
- Establish metrics and reporting for Asset compliance.
- Work with vendors to conduct physical audit and maintain compliance reports.
- Develop policies, and procedures to document processes to support asset management lifecycle.
- Track complete life-cycle management for each asset in order to maintain warranty information, refresh date and end of life information.
Knowledge on ServiceNow, Active Directory, VPN, Intune Mobile device management, Windows Auto Pilot, Microsoft Office, Windows OS and iOS troubleshooting skills.
