POSITION SUMMARY

The Manager, GL Operations plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial records of the company. This pivotal role manages the general ledger operations ("GL Ops") team ensuring journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations are completed timely and accurately, as well as driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating a proven track record of growing and managing a team based on key strategic objectives. This position is part of the larger Alterra Mountain Company Shared Services Accounting ("Shared Services Accounting") team and will work closely with other departments within Shared Services and resorts to ensure all financial information is accurately recorded for the areas mentioned above.

This position is located in Denver, CO. As of January 5th, 2026, salaried employees within a 50-mile radius of the Denver HQ office will be expected to work in-person at the office 2 - 3 days per week. Remote employment will be considered on a case-by-case basis. This is subject to change.

The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and / or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of the Company's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives and many region-specific benefits.

Denver area base salary range : $100,000 - $140,000 per year
