Senior Business Strategy Manager, Skilling

We are seeking a Senior Business Strategy Manager, Skilling to support Americas skilling with program management of skilling initiatives like Manager Empowerment, Learning Day execution, and Industry skilling rollout. In this role, you will drive program and project management excellence across multiple projects to drive adoption of tools, optimize execution, and accelerate seller performance.

You will collaborate closely with teammates across worldwide and the Americas to ensure programs are relevant, actionable, and effective. Your contributions will drive continuous improvement, enabling sellers to deliver results in complex environments while fostering a culture of adaptability and growth.
