GENERAL COUNSEL
- Taxi Company Las Vegas, NV, USA Full-time Must be licensed in Nevada. Family owned business serving Las Vegas for over 40 years with 2000 plus employees seeks Counsel with at least 10 years of experience and demonstrates diverse legal experience including : a) Motor Vehicle Accident Defense;
- b) Corporate Governance for sophisticated / complex entities; c) Employment Law / Human Resources; d) Business Transactional;
e) Regulatory Compliance; f) Legislative; g) Law Firm Management; h) Litigation experience as a first chair attorney. Must be a strong legal writer with exceptional communication skills capable of working cooperatively with a large team.
