GTM Principle, Channel Lead - Revenue Operations

The GTM Principal, Channel Lead, Revenue Operations, will ensure Intralinks can operate and scale complex go-to-market strategies across multiple product lines. Reporting directly to the SVP, Revenue Operations, this role will serve as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Business Applications, Revenue Operations, Legal, Billing and Finance. This is not a product marketing role - it is a strategic, analytical, and execution-heavy position that turns vision into operating rhythm to ensure new offerings are positioned, launched, and adopted with precision.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of GTM strategy, process execution, cross-functional alignment, and systems thinking. A principal will be assigned to every core offering including DCAI, Fund Centre, VIA2, Security Hub, Deal Vault, and Services. The Team Lead will own specific product GTM responsibilities and report on managing overall channel efforts, team personnel, and executive updates. This leader will help drive real and impactful change in a market-leading growth company.

What You Will Get To Do :
Lead end-to-end GTM execution planning for new product offerings, coordinating across Product, Pricing, Enablement, and Business Applications.Translate product strategy into operational frameworks including pricing configuration, sales motion, data capture, and reporting requirements.Author functional business requirements for changes needed in CRM, quoting tools, data warehouse, and sales processes.Build and maintain process flows and enablement workflows using Lucid chart or similar tools.Drive stakeholder alignment across PMO, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure consistent execution.Identify and mitigate launch risks, ensuring adoption readiness and clear field communication.Measure and track offering adoption, surfacing friction points to continuously improve GTM outcomes.Key Deliverables
