Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in finance, education, business administration, or closely related field.
- 2-3-years of experience working in financial aid compliance, preferably with knowledge of Return of Title IV Funds (R2T4) and Federal Pell Grant regulations.

Key Responsibilities :
Oversee daily operations of the Return of Title IV Funds (R2T4) process.Manage all aspects of processing official and unofficial student withdrawals.Ensure accurate and timely reporting of aid and enrollment changes to the Common Origination and Disbursement (COD) system and National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS).Collaborate with financial aid leadership on policy development, deadlines, and regulatory guidelines.Develop and maintain procedures for the R2T4 process, implementing necessary updates in response to regulatory changes.Determine and process post-withdrawal disbursements.Assist in the identification of important dates calendar in collaboration with the Compliance Analyst.Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation to ensure compliance with all R2T4 regulations.Ensure all policies and procedures comply with federal, state, and institutional requirements related to R2T4 and Pell Grants.Advises students and families in understanding the financial aid process and the various types of aid programs.Advises students and families in understanding the financial aid process and the various types of aid programs.Counsels' students with questions about the R2T4 process.Serve as the subject matter expert on R2T4, offering training, guidance and support to colleagues and students.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities :
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to interpret and apply federal financial aid regulations.Proficiency in managing financial aid systems and reporting tools.Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.Proficiency in financial aid systems (e.g., PeopleSoft).Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and customer service skills.This position requires a criminal background screening.
