Senior Director, Operations Platforms

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and execution of ERP implementations and upgrades, focusing on supply chain, order management, and financial integration.
• Partner with planning teams to ensure ERP reflects approved baseline scenarios and integrates with forecasting tools (e.g., o9).
• Oversee ATP (Available-to-Promise) logic and order allocation processes across channels.
• Lead WMS strategy and deployment across distribution centers, supporting high-volume wave releases, cross-docking, and DC bypass scenarios.
• Align WMS capabilities with labor management and automation initiatives.
• Drive global order promising, pricing, and fulfillment capabilities through integrated OMS platforms.
• Ensure seamless coordination between order capture, shipping, invoicing, and customer programs.
• Support integration of ERP with adjacent systems including PLM, TMS, and financial platforms.
• Ensure real-time data synchronization and visibility across inventory, manufacturing, and logistics.
• Lead cross-functional teams through full lifecycle implementations—from requirements gathering to go-live and post-launch optimization, partnering with the technology org.
• Establish KPIs and governance frameworks to measure system performance and stakeholder readiness.
• Collaborate with Technology, supply chain, finance, and commercial teams to align platform capabilities with business needs.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with partner governance standards.
