Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of Senior and Principal Enterprise Customer Success Managers to achieve OKRs and targets
Guide the team in monitoring customer health, supporting escalations, and improving customer satisfaction and retention
Provide mentorship, coaching, and conduct performance evaluations for team members
Required Qualifications
8-10+ years of experience in Customer Success; 5+ years in a leadership role within Enterprise Customer Success Management
Experience establishing trusted advisor relationships with customer partners
Understanding of Jira and Confluence end-user use cases
Experience with Gainsight (or similar CRM tool), Salesforce, and BI tools like Tableau
Proven ability to collaborate across product, sales, support, and marketing teams
