About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our Facilities Management team at a client site in Houston, Texas. This role is pivotal in supporting both internal and external operational services delivered by the onsite team. The successful candidate will help ensure that service quality is consistently maintained, continuously improved, and exceeds client expectations.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Provide concierge-level support for onsite meeting and events, including welcoming guests in the reception lobby.
• Organise meeting room setups and manage catering / refreshment orders.
• Support the restocking of common areas such as breakroom and office supply areas.
• Coordinate activities with the building management and landlord representatives, including placing service tickets and arranging security and vendor access.
• Maintain positive relationships with the client stakeholders, the landlord, and landlord contractors.
• Prioritise workload to ensure critical operations are addressed promptly and within SLA / KPI requirements.
• Provide customer-focused service and engender positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Assist in collecting data for monthly reports and KPI metrics.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, Macro processes, and life-safety procedures, including Macro QHSEW documentation.
• Support other team members onsite and participate in cross-training to ensure coverage.

About You

The ideal candidate will have :

Salary is $55,000 - $58,000 annually.
