Associate Attorney - Medical Malpractice Defense

Job Overview We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 2.5–5 years of experience defending medical malpractice claims to join our growing Florida defense practice. This is a primarily onsite role; while some hybrid flexibility may be considered after 90 days, it is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis. Responsibilities Defend medical malpractice claims, lead depositions, develop case strategy, prepare for trial, coordinate with senior attorneys, and manage case workload independently while collaborating within a team. Requirements 2.5–9 years of medical malpractice defense experience. Florida Bar admission required. Strong skills in depositions, case strategy, and trial preparation. Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills, with close attention to detail. Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively in a team environment.
