About the Role

As a Senior Building Automation Estimator , you will be responsible for preparing contract proposal estimates for building automation and control system projects. This includes reviewing project plans and specifications, determining scope, and developing accurate cost estimates. You will work across plan / spec, design-assist, or design-build projects of varying scale and complexity.

Key Responsibilities

• Estimating & Proposal Development : Independently prepare detailed estimates, evaluate project scope, and assist with proposal strategy and interviews.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of project takeoffs, proposals, and supporting documentation.
• Collaboration : Partner closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure accurate project planning and execution.
• Relationship Building : Develop strong working relationships with internal teams, vendors, and clients to support long-term success.
