The Role

We are seeking a strategic and visionary enterprise-minded Senior Director OPEX to lead and transform all aspects of OPEX management and governance across the Enterprise business organization. This role is responsible for architecting a scalable, standardized support model that drives operational excellence, transparency, and alignment with long-term business strategy. The ideal candidate will be a strong business partner and a trusted advisor. Adept at influencing senior stakeholders, leading large global teams, and redefining how Finance partners with the business through advanced analytics, process innovation, and strategic foresight. Experience in sales, product marketing, operations, and telecom is highly valued.

The Main Responsibilities

Enterprise OPEX Governance & Strategic Management

• Provide executive oversight of OPEX across the global Enterprise business.
• Design and enforce governance frameworks to ensure consistency, accountability, and strategic alignment.
• Lead enterprise-wide cost optimization, investment efficiency, and growth initiatives.
• Manage a $3B+ OPEX P&L with rigor, strategic vision, and proactive risk management.

Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors. Location Based Pay Ranges $171,447 - $228,596 in these states : AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY $180,020 - $240,026 in these states : CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI $188,592 - $251,456 in these states : AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
