Ability to comfortably navigate ambiguity and drive results within a large, organizational structure.

As a Creative in Marketing, you bring visual, design, written and experiential acumen to Google products and services, presented across all major media, content, channels, and experiences. You have the ability to perform your role in a flexible, ever-changing environment and must be open to new influences and inspiration. You will work with a deeply cross-functional team and inspire a team of vendor partners by sharing ideas and developing effective solutions to generate multiple concepts supporting all forms of major media. You will be equally comfortable making; rolling up your sleeves and designing, mocking, writing, or prototyping; showing, not telling. Above all, you will inspire and lead by example by making the most of every opportunity to develop breakthrough creative, consistent with the Google Marketing brand, and be able to take and provide clear direction and creative feedback that pushes work forward. In this role, you will be a creative storyteller who's passionate about technology, loves learning about AI and proactively uses it to supercharge your creativity and work. You will keep "big picture" thinking at the forefront of projects you deliver. Technical aptitude and interest, organization and cross-team influence are your special super-powers. You are a problem solver who can diagnose technical and business tests and find solutions. You can ruthlessly prioritize, manage, and drive multiple high-impact projects to completion, and you know how to communicate effectively to internal and external audiences. Your success depends on your ability to build working relationships and interactions with a cross-functional team.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$165,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities : Understand market segments, customer needs and landscape. Execute Go-to-Market strategies for demand generation across business channels that build awareness and drive adoption of services and solutions. Build brand recognition and create messaging for the portfolio for Google Maps Platforms focused on industry specific business plays. Work with content producers and agency resources to develop inspiring demos and other supporting marketing materials like blog posts, social media assets, webinars, custom pitch decks, C-level narratives, whitepapers, infographics, and keynotes. Drive projects from start to finish, ensuring successful messaging and execution of marketing campaigns, projects, and programs by driving the full life-cycle of campaigns and projects.
