Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES Oversees daily operational performance of enterprise systems across infrastructure, ensuring high availability, incident resolution, and SLA adherence. Supervise Infrastructure, Network, and Data Center Operations teams. Coordinate enterprise monitoring, patching, and configuration management. Manage capacity, performance, and change management processes. Report on uptime, incident trends, and performance metrics. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or related discipline. Certifications: ITIL v4 Intermediate or higher CompTIA Security+ or equivalent Experience: 10+ years in IT operations with 5+ in a management role. Clearance: Public Trust – Moderate Risk.
