Responsibilities :
- Quick Response : Act swiftly to address and resolve mill breakdowns, collaborating closely with area operators.
- Root Cause Analysis : Investigate failures comprehensively to recommend durable solutions.
- Preventative Maintenance : Assist in the development and refinement of preventive maintenance procedures.
- Leadership in Troubleshooting : Take charge of diagnosing issues, maintaining detailed documentation, and ensuring the accuracy of maintenance logs.
- Continuous Improvement : Propose enhancements for maintenance resources and practices, influencing positive changes in our operational strategies.
- Safety and Compliance : Adhere to safety standards and maintain necessary certifications, ensuring all practices comply with industry regulations.
Requirements
- Certified Mechanic trade certification or an Associate’s degree in Mechanical Studies with relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in industrial mechanics, including work with bearings, hydraulics, pumps, and gearboxes.
- Proficiency in welding, fabrication, and using mechanical troubleshooting tools such as laser alignment.
- Familiarity with reliability practices and lubrication principles preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in shifts, extended hours, and at heights.

Requirements
Experience : At least 3 years of industrial mechanic experience, specializing in bearings, hydraulics, pumps, and gearboxes.
