In Schwab Advisor Services, Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and their clients are at the center of everything we do. In this role, you will build trust and inspire confidence through exceptional service, one interaction at a time, while working in a fast-paced, dynamic service center environment. You will assist advisors through a mix of inbound and outbound calls related to common topics such as new accounts, transaction status, money movement, transfer of account, retirement services, and various other essential account maintenance components that help the advisor succeed in their day-to-day business. What you have

Required Qualifications :

• Minimum 1 year customer service / relationship building experience (internships and collegiate activities will be considered)

Preferred Qualifications :

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
