Administrative And Payroll Support
Job Duties : Provides administrative and payroll support during year-end activities. Assists with employee help cases, scanning and loading garnishments and tax documents, responding to employee verifications, and performing other administrative duties as assigned. Identifies and follows established processes to ensure efficient and accurate execution of payroll-related tasks. Frequently interacts with team members and internal customers to exchange factual information and provide timely support. Works on moderately complex assignments requiring judgment and attention to detail. Receives objectives with guidance on goals and methods, and applies knowledge of payroll and administrative procedures to complete a wide range of tasks. Maintains strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and payroll information. Typically operates independently with minimal instruction on daily responsibilities.
Other Experience And Qualifications : Qualifications : Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related administrative or payroll experience. The candidate should have a solid understanding of payroll support tasks and demonstrate skills in confidentiality, attention to detail, time management, and communication. Proficiency in document handling and office systems is essential, with Workday knowledge preferred but not required. The ability to work independently and follow established processes is key to completing a variety of tasks accurately and efficiently. Education : High School Diploma
