Position Title: Financial Advisor This position offers an opportunity for a driven professional to join a dynamic team as a Financial Advisor. Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 / Year DOE Financial Advisor Responsibilities Conduct 5-6 new client meetings per week with pre-qualified prospects Review and present financial plans prepared by the internal planning team Guide clients through a structured onboarding process across 2-3 meetings Close new client relationships with an expected ~30% conversion rate Build trust and rapport with pre-retiree and retiree clients Partner with internal processors and CSAs who handle all paperwork and transfers Transition ongoing client reviews to Service Advisors once asset thresholds are met Maintain compliance and documentation standards using internal systems Financial Advisor Requirements 2-3+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor with closing responsibility Active Series 65 license Proven ability to close new business and follow a defined sales process Coachable mindset with openness to feedback and training Strong communication skills and professional presence Comfortable working fully onsite and meeting clients face-to-face Degree preferred but not required, performance matters more than credentials Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance with benefits starting on day one 401k plan with a 4% match after 90 days Three weeks of PTO, including sick and vacation time Paid time off during the week of Christmas upon meeting performance targets Paid holidays including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas If you are a Sarasota Financial Advisor looking to take the next step in your career, apply now! #J-18808-Ljbffr
